- Access the Rent Payment Solutions Portal.
- Log in to your account using your login credentials.
- Locate your loan by clicking "Active Loans” on the left navigation menu and then clicking your Loan ID.
- Once you’re on the Loan ID profile, you’ll have access to the “Cancel” button on the right-most corner of the application.
- Click the “Cancel” button and enter the reason as to why you wish to cancel the application in the comment section. Click “OK”.
- Process complete.
