To protect your identity and set up loan repayments, you must securely link your bank account using Plaid. Esusu uses Plaid's service to act as an intermediary link between your bank account and our platform, encrypting and securely handling your data throughout the process.
Important: This stage must be completed within 30 days, or your application will be automatically closed.
Bank Verification Step-by-Step Guide
- Access the Rent Payment Solutions Portal.
- Note: Using a desktop or laptop browser is recommended for the best experience.
- Log in to your account with your login and password.
- Click the “Bank Details” tab located on the left-hand navigation menu.
- Click the "Verify Bank Accounts" button to open the Plaid secure window.
- Select your bank/financial institution from the list provided by Plaid.
- You will be directed to your bank's familiar login website; log in using your bank's credentials.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the verification process.
- When complete, you will receive a confirmation screen informing you of the successful linkage of your bank account with Plaid.
What if I can't find my bank in the list?

Status Update: Your application will move to "Waiting for Approval."
Application Review: Our team will review your application within 3-5 business days.
