Once your application is approved through our portal, you will receive two separate emails.
- The first email will confirm your approval
- The second email will contain a copy of the agreement for your electronic signature.
- Your electronic signature is required for the release of your Rent Relief Funds.
Signing Your Rent Relief Note Agreement (Step-by-Step guide):
- Log into the email account you used to create your Rent Payment Solutions application. We highly recommend you use a desktop or laptop for optimal online user experience.
- Locate the email message with the subject of “rentsupport@esusu.org Needs Your Signature” with the attached Rent Relief Loan Agreement.
- Open this email.
- Click on the "View Document” link.
- When viewing your document, find the designated space to sign. It is typically a highlighted box located at the bottom of the page.
- Click on the highlighted box, and sign your document by typing your name.
Click on “Finish”.
- Your Rent Relief Loan Agreement has been signed. You will receive an email confirmation with the subject “Rent Relief Update: Agreement for [loan number] has been signed” There is no further action for you to take. Our team will release your rent relief funds to your property management company within 1-2 days of signing the agreement.
