- Access Your Portal: Head to the Rent Relief portal at https://rentrelief.esusurent.com/Account/Login and log in using your account credentials.

Locate Bank Details: On the left-side menu, click on "Bank Details" to navigate to your payment methods.

Choose Your Preferred Method: Click the desired payment method (bank account or debit card).

Securely Enter Details: A pop-up window will appear. Carefully fill out the required information, ensuring everything is accurate before clicking "OK" to confirm.

Payment Method Added! You'll see your newly added bank account or debit card ready for use. If this is your only payment method, it automatically becomes your default (identified by a star icon).
Switching Your Default Option:
Need to change your default payment method? Simply click the star icon next to your preferred bank account or debit card. A confirmation pop-up will appear. Once confirmed, the star will be shaded, and "default for payments" will be displayed beneath your chosen method.
