If you are not a resident of a property that is partnered with Esusu, Esusu services cost $10 per month for a full year of access, or $120 a year.
What’s included with Esusu?
Your Esusu subscription is a credit-building membership designed for renters who are not in an Esusu-partnered property. It currently includes:
- Positive rent reporting to help you build credit with your on-time rent payments
- Credit Score Hub: view your credit score and track how it changes over time
- Credit score insights and factors to understand what’s driving your score
- Financial tools and resources to support your broader financial goals
- Access to Esusu’s Toolkit and Marketplace offers (discounts, partner programs, and renter-friendly services)
New tools and resources may be added over time; the most up-to-date details will always be shown in the app.
How do I sign up at this price?
1. Download the Esusu app
- Go to the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
- Search for “Esusu” and download the app.
2. Create your account
- Open the app and tap “Get started”.
- Enter your phone number and date of birth.
- Enter the 4-digit code sent to your phone number
- The app will ask you to create and confirm your passcode.
- You can also create or skip the "Create Passkey" screen.
- The app will ask you to enter your street address.
- Enter your first and last name and email address.
3. Verify your identity
- Provide the requested personal information and complete multi-factor authentication (MFA) via text or email.
4. Confirm and pay for your Esusu subscription
- Review the Esusu subscription details and price (currently $120/year, equivalent to $10/month).
- If you have a discount code you can enter it at this step.
- Complete checkout in the app to activate your membership.
- Your rent reporting and credit tools will start after payment is confirmed.
