Rent Relief typically cover one month of rent; however, we may be able to approve up to three months of rent shortfall (or up to $5,000). Our fund is structured to help renters navigate short-term financial shock. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to approve funds for renters in perpetual delinquency or those with large balances of owed rent.
